DroneLand repair service

Is your drone broken or does it have a defect? DroneLand has the skilled and competent drone technicians that repair your drone. We are specialised in a wide variety of drones and other drone-related products. Moreover, DroneLand is authorised by DJI to repair DJI drones and accesoires. This means that any reparation done by DroneLand on your DJI drone, will not affect your warranty. These DJI products include all Phantom and Insprire models, the Mavic Pro, Ronin models, Osmo models and various other DJI models. 

Repair procedure

DroneLand is able to tackle any size of defects and then repair them. You can either personally bring your drone to us or send it to us. We kindly request you to send only the drone, and therefore the least possible amount accessories (propellers, batteries, remote controls, micro SD in the camera, etc.).

Our research and repair procedure is the following:

1. Upon receiving the drone, the DroneLand team will examine your drone thoroughly. These research costs are €47.50*. 
2. As soon as one of our employees finds a defect in your drone, we will immediately notify you and state what the problem and/or defect is and what the repair costs will be. 
3. Only when you agree on the repair cost, we will start to repair your drone and drop the research costs.

Sending us your defect drone

When it is not possible to bring us your drone and/or equipment personally, do not worry, you can send your drone to DroneLand. In order to help you as efficiently and effectively as possible, our team kindly requests you to send us an e-mail in advance to [email protected]. The e-mails should include a short description of the problem you are experiencing. Within 10 minutes you will receive an automatically generated e-mail from our system with a ticket number. Every ticket number is a unique number that specifically belongs to your drone and/or equipment. Please mention your unique ticket number on the parcel so that upon arrival, our team can immediately start to repair your drone and/or drone equipment.

Preparations to make your drone flight ready Installing newest firmware, assistance with registering in the DJI App and pairing your devices with the drone.	€42.50 including VAT
